MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> MINUTES <br /> THURSDAY, MARCH 14, 2002 <br /> <br />The Board of Zoning Appeals met on Thursday, MarCh 14, 2002 at 7:30 P.M. at the <br />Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />Member present were: Alan Kramer, Chairman, Jon Swisher, Mike Young, Don Barry, <br />and Chris Crouch. Town Attorney Tim Currens was present. <br /> <br />Motion was made to approve the minutes of the February 14, 2002 meeting by Mr, Don <br />Barry, second by Mr. Mike Young. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br /> Next on the agenda was Hollowy & Associates, representing J. Ward, 1 Moore Street, <br /> asking for a Special Exception to allow Automobile sales and associated uses in B-3 <br /> zoning. Mr. Holloway sent a letter asking for postponement due to a schedule conflict. <br /> In light of our procedure this will be forwarded to the Plan Commission meeting on <br /> March 28, 2002 and after their determination we will have a public meeting. Mr. Currens <br /> state that since no one appeared, for the record it should be stated, that if anyone was <br /> interested in this issue they should come to the next BZA meeting, since new notices <br /> would not be sent out. <br /> <br /> Next on the agenda Mr. Kramer welcomed Mr. Chris Crouch to the Board, Mr. Crouch <br /> was appointed to replace Mr. Jeff Justus after his resignation. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the board, a motion to adjourn was made <br /> by Mr. Chris Crouch, second by Mr. Don Barry. <br /> <br /> The next meeting for the Board of Zoning Appeals will be held on Thursday, April 11, <br /> 2002, at 7:00 P.M. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Alan Kramer, Chairman <br /> <br /> ArmS <br /> <br /> , Secretary <br /> <br /> <br />
