Motion carded 4-0. <br /> <br />Town Attorney, Tim Currens, told Attorney Peden that under the ordinance the Plan <br />Commission would do an investigation to see the Special Exception will not adversely <br />affect the master land use plan. Mr. Currens would see that the Special Exception would <br />be on the agenda for the next Plan Commission meeting, February 28, 2002. <br /> <br />Next on the agenda, Mr. Currens informed the board of a letter of resignation he had <br />received from Mr. Jeff Justus. Due to the resignation of Mr. Justus a new board Chairman <br />and Secretary need to be appointed. Mr. Kramer asked to nomination for Chairman and <br />Secretary. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mike Young, second by Mr. Jon Swisher, to nominate Mr. Alan Kramer for <br /> Chairman.
