Mr. Randy Pruden, owner of the Mooresville Paint and Body Shop, was <br /> concerned about where the building would be constructed that might cause <br /> a safety hazard. <br /> <br /> Motion to approve a variance for two purposes, first purpose is to allow <br /> building across both lot lines of lot 5, to allow zero setback on side lines of <br /> lot 5 and east side of lot 6. Second purpose is to allow zero setbacks for <br /> front of lot 4, 5, and 6, was made by Commissioner Jonathan Swisher, <br /> second by Commissioner Jeff Justice.
