MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> FOR VARIANCE OF USE <br /> <br /> Pursuant to IC 36-7-4-918.4, the Mooresville Board of Zoning <br />Appeals, having heard the variance filed by Karen Harman, 440 <br />Maple Ln. requesting the following variance of use to operate a <br />therapeutic massage practice, now makes the following Finding of <br />Fact pursuant to IC 36-7-4-918.4: <br /> <br /> 1. The approval will not be injurious to the public <br />health, safety, morals, and general welfare of the community due <br />to the following: ~./ )~/~fJ 7~ d/~' .. ,_f' Z~ ~z ~ f~ .>~,,,~ <br /> <br /> 2. The use and value of the area adjacent to the property <br />included in the variance will not be affected in a substantially <br />adverse manner due to the following: Ei,~_~? ~_ /~~- <br /> <br /> 3. The need for the variance arises from some condition <br />peculiar to the property involved, namely: <br /> <br /> 4. The strict application of the terms of the Zoning <br />Ordinance will constitute an unnecessary hardship if applied to <br />the property for which the variance is sgught; namely: <br /> <br /> 5.
