<br />After reading the facts-of- finding from Developmental Standards Mr. <br />Swisher asked for a motion to approve or deny the petition for a variance to <br />build over the lot line. Motion was made to approve the Grace Missionary <br />Church to build over the lot line on the property north of Allison Rd., was <br />made by Charles McGuire, second by Don Barry. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Mr. Swisher appointed Mike Young and Charles McGuire to check the <br />elevation for signage for Sherman Williams and Dairy Queen of Bridge <br />Street. They will contact Mr. Beikman to go with them. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the board a motion to <br />adjourn was made by Don Barry, second by Charles McGuire.
