comes it can stay on there. He said this commission has one of the best programs in terms of TIF <br />revenue in the state. The main thing was to get it out in front of the public. If you have more <br />projects than you can conceivably get done people will come an argue their point. He said that <br />as a new group, with Ms. Humes and Mr. Currens, could start to feel comfortable working <br />through this process and start adding new projects without hiring people like him. He said the <br />most important part of the process was to be honest with the public. <br /> <br />Ms. Humes said that Mr. Shaver had prepared a contract for consulting services that outlines the <br />scope of services that he would provide and giving us answers to the questions that they have <br />had. She suggested that the Redevelopment Commission, along with their attorney, review the <br />contract and then determine what steps they want to do. Mr. Nelson said that sounded <br />reasonable. Mr. Shaver explained some of the section of the contract as to what he would <br />provide and that he could charge by the hour or by a set amount. <br /> <br />Mr. Currens said before the meeting closed he would like to thank Mr. Kollmeyer for all his <br />years of services and all he has done for the community. He said it had been a pleasure in <br />working with him and all his guidance and leadership through out this.
