Motion carried. <br /> <br /> The Council heard the second reading of Ordinance #19-1989 An Ordinanace <br /> Establishing the Town of Mooresville Department of Redevelopment and the <br /> Town of Mooresville Redevelopment Commission. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Heald and second by Councilwoman Overholser to <br /> approve Ordinance #19-1989. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> Cemetery Sexton Ed Bucker advised the Council that the grave digger, John <br /> Misner, has raised his grave opening fee from $200.00 per opening to $210.00 <br /> per opening effective January 1, 1990. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Heald and second by Councilwoman Overholser <br /> to make payment of the Mack overtime pay due the firefighters by January 31, 1990. <br /> MOtion carried. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilwoman Overholser and second by Councilman Heald to <br /> pay the bills and claims.
