High Street, Mooresville and Ms. Velma Butcher, 301 Lockerbie <br /> Street, Mooresville. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Heald and second by Councilwoman Overholser to <br /> approve the petition of Mr. Steve Harris and Ms. Laurel A.
