116 <br /> <br /> Mr. Haymaker supplied the Council with a copy of a letter from the Indiana <br /> Department of Environmental Management stating the states concern with Mooresville <br /> sewer infiltration problem. Mr. Haymaker, advised the Council that this is <br /> the reason it is necessary for the town to re-apply for CCF Grant which the town <br /> did not receive in the first round of awarding these grants. The Town has <br /> re-applied for round two of the CCF Grant, if we are successful in receiving <br /> this $500,000 grant the money will be spent on sewer line rehabilitation. <br /> <br /> The Redevelopment Con~nission will meet Tuesday, April 23, 1991. The <br /> Redevelopment Commission will ask for a joint meeting with the Town Council in <br /> May. <br /> <br /> Motion to pay the bills and claims was made by Councilman Edwards, second <br /> by Councilman Ballard. Motion carried unanamously. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Council at this time <br /> Councilwoman Overholser made a motion to adjourn.
