:156 Councilman Edwards advised Street Superintendent Joe Beikman that Old State Road 67 between Main Street and new State Road 67 needs to be placed on the street cleaning schedule as it is full of liter. Council President Steve Ballard informed the Council that the Town of Mooresville and Brown Township Trustee have been negotiating a merger of fire and ambulance services for the past several months. President Ballard stated that as of this date it does not appear that a merger will be possible. Due to the fact that it is time to approve budgets for 1993 the Council was informed that the fire department has been negotiating with Emergency Medical Ambulance Service to provide ambulance service for the Town of Mooresville at no charge to the Town. This service will allow for the Emergency/Medical Service rate of .087 which is assessed the Town of Mooresville taxpayers from Brown Township to be discontinued. Motion was made by Councilman Edwards and second by Councilman Heald to accept the contract from Emergency Medical Ambulance Service contingent upon a favorable review of the contract by town attorney Tim Currens. Motion carried unanimously. Motion was made by Councilman Edwards and second by Councilman Viles to approve sewer exemptions for the following swimming pool fills: Sandra Sheridan, 98 Sweetwood Dr., and Terry and Gloria Burnside, 54 W. High Street. Motion carried unanimously. Motion was made by Councilman Heald and second by Councilwoman Overholser to pay the bills and claims. Council members present were Steve Edwards, Tim Viles, Pat Overholser, Dick Heald and Steve Ballard. No members were absent. The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as submitted. Motion was made by Councilman Edwards and second by Council- woman Overholser to approve Resolution #4-1992 A Resolution of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana Approving a Food and Beverage Tax Agreement Between the Town of Mooresville, Indiana and the Moores- vill Redevelopment Commission. Motion carried unanimously. Motion was made by Councilwoman Overholser and second by Councilman Heald to approve the Food and Beverage Tax Agreement between the Town of Mooresville and the Mooresville Redevelopment Commission. Motion carried unanimously.
