No members were absent. <br /> <br /> Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as submitted. <br /> <br /> Mitzi Forbes and Judy Benjamin of the Mooresville Senior Center <br /> appeared before the Council to thank the Council for their support <br /> of the Senior Center in the past and encourage additional support <br /> in the future. <br /> <br /> Kenneth Thompson, Tom Sanborn and Charles Phillips of Roberson <br /> Woods; Gene Smith and Dan Stout of Roberson Village appeared before <br /> the Council in regard to the drainage problem in these two housing <br /> developments. After much discussion town attorney Tim Currens <br /> advised these residents to appear before the Plan Commission to have <br /> these problems addressed by the proper people. <br /> <br /> Mr. Alan Wheeler of Spring Mill Subdivision appeared before <br /> the Council to discuss a drainage problem in Springmill Subdivision. <br /> Mr. Wheeler was also advised to appear before the Plan Commission. <br /> <br /> Mr. Dean Kays, 348 E. Washington Street appeared before the <br /> Council to advise them that the sidewalk in front of his house is <br /> lower than the street therefore retaining water. The Council in- <br /> structed Street Commissioner Joe Beikman to look into a solution <br /> for this problem. <br /> <br /> <br />
