158 Animal Control Officer, Mark Taylor reported he has had twenty-four (24) calls, sixteen (16) animals have been impounded, seven (7) animals have been returned to their owners. Motion was made by Councilwoman Overholser and second by Councilman Edwards to approve a swimming pool exemption for Douglas D. Callahan, 601Springmill Drive, Mooresville, Indiana. Motion carried unanimously. Motion was made by Councilman Heald and second by Councilman Edwards to approve the bills and claims. Motion carried unanimously, iq There being no further business to come before the Mooresville Town Council at this time motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Viles, second by Councilwoman Overholser. Motion carried unanimously. The Council will meet in special session Monday, June 29, 1992 at at 6:45 p.m. at Town Hall. Council members present were Steve Edwards, Pat Overholser, Tim Viles, Dick Heald and Steve Ballard. No members were absent. Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as submitted. Mitzi Forbes and Judy Benjamin of the Mooresville Senior Center appeared before the Council to thank the Council for their support of the Senior Center in the past and encourage additional support in the future. Kenneth Thompson, Tom Sanborn and Charles Phillips of Roberson Woods; Gene Smith and Dan Stout of Roberson Village appeared before the Council in regard to the drainage problem in these two housing developments. After much discussion town attorney Tim Currens advised these residents to appear before the Plan Commission to have these problems addressed by the proper people. Mr. Alan Wheeler of Spring Mill Subdivision appeared before the Council to discuss a drainage problem in Springmill Subdivision. Mr. Wheeler was also advised to appear before the Plan Commission. Mr. Dean Kays, 348 E. Washington Street appeared before the Council to advise them that the sidewalk in front of his house is lower than the street therefore retaining water. The Council in- structed Street Commissioner Joe Beikman to look into a solution for this problem.
