Motion was made by Councilman Edwards, second by Councilman Heald to approve the bills and claims. Motion carried unanimously. ' ' PreSident ATTEST: Clerk-Treasurer ~ September 15, 1992 The regular meeting of the Mooresville Town Council was held Tuesday, September 15, 1992 at 7:30 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. Council members present were Steve Edwards, Pat Overholser, Dick Heald, Tim Viles and Steve Ballard. No Council members were absent. meeting were approved as submitted. The minutes of the previous Mr. Larry Roberson, 474 Roberson Blvd., presented the Council with a request to review Ordinance #6-1965, An Ordinance Concerning the Keeping of Animals and Fowl within the Corporate Limits of the Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, and amend said Ordinance to allow some exceptions in areas which were annexed after the 1965 effective date and involve large lots and lake access. The Council agreed to review this matter. Mr. Monty Russell Enterprises appeared before the Council to request permission to obtain sewer usage for a proposed Senior Citizens housing project on State Road 144 across from the Mooresville Senior Center. The Council approved sewer access contingent upon all other approval of the project. Motion was made by Councilman Heald and second by Councilwoman Overholser to pass on second reading Resolution #6-1992 A Resolution Establishing Criteria for the Review of An Application for Economic Revitalization A~ea Designation. Motion carried unanimously. Motion was made by Councilman Viles and second by Councilman Edwards to pass on first reading Ordinance #7-1992 A Resolution Establishing an Economic Revitalization Area. Motion carried unani- mously. Motion was made by Councilman Heald and second by Councilman Viles that the property described in Resolution #7-1992 shall be declared as an Economic Revitalization Area. Motion carried unanimously. Street Superintendent Joe Beikman asked the council to re-write the ordinance governing the weight on trucks using North Indiana Street to read declared weight to eliminate the necessity of weighing each truck believed to be in violation of the ordinance. The Council advised Town Attorney Tim Currens to proceed with this matter.
