149 <br /> April 7, 1992 <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Town Council met in Executive Session on Tuesday, <br /> April 7, 1992 at 7:00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Members present were Steve Edwards, Pat Overholser, Tim Viles, <br /> Dick Heald and Steve Ballard. No members were absent. <br /> <br /> The Council was advised by Council Attorney Tim Currens of the <br /> progress of pending litigation. <br /> <br /> President <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> czIerk-T~easurer -~ <br /> <br /> April 7, 1992 <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the Mooresville Town Council was held <br /> Tuesday, April 7, 1992 at 7:30 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Council members present were Steve Edwards, Pat Overholser, <br /> Tim Viles, Dick Heald and Steve Ballard. No members were absent. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Heald and second by Councilman <br /> Viles to approve the minutes of the previous meeting as submitted. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> The grass mowing bids for the cemetery were opened and read as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> Smith & Son $420.00 per mowing <br /> Greenwald 635.00 per mowing <br /> Pittman 675.00 per mowing <br /> C & N 675.00 per mowing <br /> M & S Lawn Care 750.00 per mowing <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Edwards and second by Council- <br /> woman Overholser to table the bids until later in the meeting to <br /> give Ed Bucker, Cemetery Sexton, time to review the bids. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Mr. Jervi of Childhood Toy Dreams International made a presenta- <br /> tion to the Council explaining his company. <br /> <br /> Mr. Scott Douglas of the Mooresville Little League requested <br /> permission to hold the annual Little League Parade Saturday April 25 <br /> 1992 at 9:00 a.m. ' ' <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Heald and second by Councilwoman <br />Overholser to approve at first reading Ordinance #6-1992 An Ordinance <br />of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana Approving a Lease for the <br />Sanitary Sewer and Manhole Rehabilitation Project Between the <br />Mooresville Redevelopment Authority and the Mooresville Redevelopment <br />Commission. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Viles and second by Councilman <br />Edwards to approve an agreement between the Town of Mooresville and <br />Hill Water Company in regard to service south of town. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Heald and second by Councilwoman <br />Overholser to approve Ordinance #7-1992 on first reading, An <br />Ordinance for Rezone for ~ Environmental Development to change their <br />RI zoning to R1C.
