Council members present were: Prcsidcnt Mark Matlfis, Vice l'rcsidcnt Andy l'ygman, Toby Dolen, and Jim Henslcy. Councihnan Bill Wright was abscnt. Motion was made by Comicihnan I tensity, second by Councihnan l)olcn to approve thc minutes of the October 21, 1997 mecth~g. Motion carricd 4-0. First on the Agenda was the Public I fearing for S unPolymcrs Tax Abatement. The Company scored 20 points or more on thc Town's Matrix wifich would allow them the possibility of a ten and ten abatement. The Rcdevclopmcnt Conunission had rcconuncndcd an abatement of ten and ten. Motion was made by Councihnan l~'pdnan, second by Councihnan Dolen to aplm)Ve Resolution 9, 1997 awarding a ten and ten Tax Abatcmcnt. iXlotion cardcd 4-0. Ross Holloway of Holloway and Assoc. prcscntcd Ihc rezone of thc Morningslar Addition owned by Hosten Bible from a PUD Residential to a PUD Conunercial (B- 1 light business only). The Plan Commission had recommended the rezone to thc Town Council. Thc Plan Conmfission would have to review any expansion plans. Motion was made by Counciinmn I Icnsley, second by Cotmcilmanb Dolen to approve the Rezone fi'om t'UDR lo PLq)C (B-1 only), lklolion canicd 4- 0.
