M. at <br /> the Moorcsville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Council members present were: President Mark Mathis, Toby Dolcn, Bill Wfighl, Jhn ltcnsley, <br /> and Andy Pygman. No members were absent. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Hensley, second by Councihnan Dolen to approve tile nfinutes <br /> . of the previous meeting. Motion carded 5-0. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Hensley, second by Councihnan Wright to approve the <br /> Resolution for an additional appropriation of $2,621.75 fi'mn file General Fund for the Senior <br /> Citizens Center. Motion carded 5-0. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Dolen, second by Councihnan Wright to offer Raudall Wiser <br /> the position of Utility Supervisor. Motion carded 5-0. <br /> <br /> The Council discussed paving bids and asked that Cemetct3, driveways be included hi the bids. <br /> Councilman Wright and Councihnan Itensley volunteered to be on tile Health Insurance <br /> committee for this year. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Wfiglit, second by Councilman Dolcn to approw: release of <br /> escrow for Environmental D~welopment Section One Rocker Run. A balance of $3,790 to bo <br /> kept in escrow.
