RESOLUTION /6 , 2004 <br /> <br /> THE TOWN COUNCIL OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> DECLARATORY RESOLUTION FOR THE TAX ABATEMENT <br /> FILED BY ELECTRONICS MAi~JFACTURING SOLUTIONS, INC. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Town of Mooresville, Indiana (the "Town") has <br />been requested by Electronics Manufacturing Solutions, Inc. (the <br />"Applicant") to find, pursuant to IC 6-1.1-12.1-3, that a <br />property tax abatement should be granted over a three (3) year <br />period on new equipment totaling Two Hundred Sixty Thousand <br />Dollars ($260,000.00) along with bringing twenty-one (21) new <br />employees to the area and an anticipated increase to thirty-five <br /> (35) employees over the next three (3) years; <br /> WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council has already found the <br /> location where the Applicant is leasing for a period of seven <br /> (7) years to be an Economic Revitalization Area; <br /> WHEREAS, the Area is located within the jurisdiction of the <br /> Town of Mooresville; <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant does intend to buy new equipment <br /> totaling Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ($260,000.00) which <br /> will help the new business remain viable and be of benefit to <br /> the area (the "Project"); <br /> WHEREAS, the move of this business to the existing Economic <br /> Revitalization Area will be of benefit to the community; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council now finds that: <br /> <br /> <br />
