MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING ~PPF~LS MINUTES WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 18v 1996 - ?:00 P.M. MOORESVILLE TOWN NALL The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, September 18, 1996 at 7:00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals members present were Alan Kramer, Vern Kimmel, Don Barry and Tom Warthen. Board member Michael Young was not present. Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals attorney Timothy Currens was also present. Motion was made by Tom Warthen to approve the minutes as submitted of the August 21, meeting, second was made by Don Barry. Motion carried 4 - 0. John Waddel, 54 Crosby Road represented their request for a variance on the placement of a 12' x 12' mini barn to be located in front of the residential structure. The mini barn was already constructed at this location, but could be relocated if the variance did not pass. Vern Kimmel made the motion to deny the variance and Don Barry made the second. Motion passed 4 - 0. The Board advised Mr. Waddel to contact the Clerk's office with a statement as to how long it would take to move the mini barn and why. Ross Holloway of Holloway & Associated represented Don Warren in his request for a variance on Lot #10, Country View Estates for a side setback from 30 feet to 25 feet. Don Barry made the motion to approve the variance and Vern Kimmel second. Motion carried 4 0. Findings and facts were presented by Attorney Tim Currens on the above requests. Motions for approval of the findings and facts were approved as listed below: Waddell - Vern Kimmel made the motion to approve with Don Barry making the second. Motion carried 4 - 0. Warren - Don Barry made the motion to approve with Vern Kimmel making the second. Motion carried 4 - 0. There being no further business to come before the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals at this time, motion to adjourn was made by Tom Warthen, second by Vern Kimmel. Motion carried 4 - 0.
