MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals having heard the variance request on the Parks <br />Minor Plat the 13th day of December, 1995 now makes the following Findings of Fact pursuant <br />to IC 36-7-4-918.5: <br /> <br /> 1. That the approval of each of the requested variances will not be injurious to the public <br />health, safety, morals and general welfare of the community; <br /> <br /> 2. The use and value of the area adjacent to the property included in the variance will <br />not be affected in a substantially adverse manner; <br /> <br /> 3. The strict application of the terms of the Zoning Ordinance would result in practical <br />difficulties in the use of the property. <br /> <br /> Based upon the following Findings the following variances are now granted: <br /> <br /> 1. A set back variance from sixty (60) feet to ten (10) feet on Lot Number 1. <br /> <br /> 2. An increase in single sign size from fifty (50) square feet to one hundred twenty (120) <br />square feet on Lot Number 2. <br /> <br /> 3. A reduction in the set back for the ground mounted sign from thirty (30) feet to ten <br />(10) feet on Lot Number 1 per the attached drawing which is attached hereto and made a part <br />hereof as Exhibit "A". <br /> <br /> 4. An increase in the size of the sign from fifty (50) square feet to ninety-five (95) <br />square feet on Lot Number 1 per the attached drawing. <br /> <br />President <br /> <br /> <br />
