MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MINUTES <br /> WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 1995 - 7:00 <br /> MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their <br />regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, September 20, 1995 at <br />7:00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Board members present were Don Barry, Vern Kimmel and <br />Alan Kramer. Board members Charles McGuire and Steve Oschman <br />were absent. <br /> <br /> Motion to approve the minutes of the August Board of <br />Zoning Appeals meeting was made by Vern Kimmel, a second was <br />made by Alan Kramer. Motion carried 3 0. <br /> <br /> Mr. Harold Lloyd appeared before the Mooresville Board <br />of Zoning Appeals to request a variance for width to depth <br />ratio for lot #2 of his two (2) lot minor plat on Kelle~ Hill <br />Road. <br /> <br /> The Board went over the Findings to see if the request <br />for the variance for width to depth ratio on lot #2 of the <br />Harold Lloyd minor plat met approval. <br /> <br /> No action was taken on this petition due to a lack of a <br />majority vote of 2-1, with members Don Barry and Alan Kramer <br />voting in favor of the petition, and member Vern Kimmel <br />voting against the petition. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the <br />Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals at this time, motion to <br />adjourn was made by Vern Kimmel. A second was made by Alan <br />Kramer.
