MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals having reviewed the <br />variance request of Alan T. Hill concerning the width to depth <br />ratio of 2.5 to 1 for lots 1 and 3 of the Hill Minor Plat located <br />at SR 42 and recorded in Plat Book 356 Page 47 in the office of the <br />Recorder of Morgan County, Indiana and having held a public Hearing <br />and found notices to in order of Public Hearing July 19, 1995 and <br />having found the public notices to be in order now makes the <br />following Findings of Fact pursuant to IC 36-7-4-918.5: <br /> <br /> 1. That the approval will not be injurious to the public <br />health, safety, morals and general welfare of the community due to <br />the size of the lots and the proximity to other uses. <br /> <br /> 2. The use and value of the area adjacent to the property <br />included in the variance will not be affected in a substantially <br />adverse manner due to the size of the lots and the adjoining uses. <br /> <br /> 3. The strict application of the terms of the Zoning <br />Ordinance will result in practical difficulties in the use of the <br />property due to the topography and size of the lots. <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning <br />variance from the development standards <br />the width to deputy ratio on lots 1 and <br />Plat book 356 Page 47 in <br />County, Indiana. <br /> <br /> Appeals now grants the <br /> to allow a variance from <br /> <br /> 3 of the plat recorded in <br />the Office of the Recorder of Morgan <br /> <br />MOORESVILLE BOARD OF <br />Chairman <br /> <br />ZONING APPEALS <br /> <br /> <br />
