MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MINUTES <br />THURSDAY, JANUARY 19, 1994 - 7:00 P.M. <br />MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their regular scheduled <br />meeting Weduesday, January 19, 1994 at 7:00 p.m. at the Mooresvillc Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Board members present were Charles McGuire, Vern Kimmel, Don Barry, <br />Alan Kramer and Steve Oschman. Also present was the Board's attorney, Tim <br />Currens. <br /> <br /> Motion to approve the December Board of Zoning Appeals minutes was <br />made by Vern Kimmel. A second was made by Don Barry. Motion passed 5-0. <br /> <br /> Pastor William Wright, Larry Hayes and Linda Davee appeared before the <br />Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals to request a variance for their Springhill <br />Christian Ministries for a modular classroom on their property at 1004 Rooker Road. <br /> <br /> The Board reviewed and discussed the request for the variance for the <br />modular classroom at 1004 Rooker Road. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Alan Kmmer, second by Charles McGuire to grant <br />the request for the variance for a modular classroom on the property at 1004 Rooker <br />Road. Motion passed 5-0. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Steve Oschman to nominate Don Barry as president of <br />the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals for 1994. A second was made by Alan <br />Kramer. Their being no further nominations for President, motion passed 5-0. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Charles McGuire to nominate Alan Kramer as Vice <br />President of the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals for 1994. A second was made <br />by Steve Oschman. There being no further nominations for Vice President, motion <br />passed 5-0. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Charles McGuire to nominate Vern Kimmel as <br />Secretary of the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals for 1994. A second was <br />made by Steve Oschman. There being no further nominations for Secretary for <br />the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals for 1994, motion passed 5 - 0. <br /> <br /> There being no further business 1o come before the Mooresville Board <br />of Zoning Appeals at this time, motion to adjourn was made by Charles McGuire. <br />A second was made by Veto Kimmel. Motion passed 5-0. <br /> <br /> <br />
