MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MINUTES <br />WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 20, 1993 - 7:00 P.M. <br />MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their <br />regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, October 20, 1995 <br />~t 7:00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Board members present were Steve Oechman, Vern Kimmel, <br />Charles McGuire, Alan Kramer and Don Barry. Also present was <br />the Board's attorney, Timothy C. Cutters. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Don Barry to approve the minutes of <br />the September Board of Zoning Appeals meeting. A second was <br />made by Vern Kimmel. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br /> Mr. John Larrison, with Holloway and Associates, <br /> <br />appeared before the <br />representing Robert <br />Branham and James W. <br /> <br />Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals <br /> <br />E. Martin, Nora E. Martin, Brenda Sue <br /> <br /> Martin with a request for a width to <br /> <br />depth ratio variance for <br />Allison Road. <br /> <br /> ]he Board went over <br /> <br />lot ~5 of their minor plat on <br />the Findings of Fact to see that <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Martin/Branham minor plat. <br /> <br />request met specifications for approval. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Charles MoGuire to grant the request <br />a variance for width to depth ratio on lot ~3 of the <br /> <br /> A second was made by Alan Kramer. <br /> <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />
