MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MINUTES <br />WEDNESDAY, JUNE 16, 1993 - 7:00 P. M. <br />MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their <br /> <br />regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, June 16, 1993 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Board members present were Vern Kimmel, Charles McGuire, <br /> <br />Don Barry and Alan Kramer. Also present was the Board's attorney, <br /> <br />Tim Currens. Board member Steve Oschman was absent. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Don Barry to approve the May minutes <br /> <br />of the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals meeting. A second was <br /> <br />made by Vern Kimmel. Motion passed 4 O. <br /> <br /> Findings of Fact on Mrs. Domagalik's request for a beauty <br /> <br />shop at 1382 Autumn Drive were reviewed and signed. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Mooresville <br />Board of Zoning Appeals at this time, motion to adjourn was made <br />by Vern Kimmel. A second was made by Alan Kramer.
