MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MINUTES <br /> WEDNESDAY, MAY 19, 1995 - 7:00 <br /> MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their <br />regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, May 19, 1993 at <br />7:00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Beard members present were Vern Kimmel, Charles McGuire, <br />Don Barry and Alan Kramer. Also present was the Board's <br /> <br />attorney, Tim Cutters. <br /> <br />absent. <br /> <br /> Motion to approve the April <br />minutes was made by Alan Kramer. <br /> <br />Beard member Steve Oschman was <br /> <br />Board of Zoning Appeals <br />A second was made by <br /> <br />Don Barry~ Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mrs. Domagalik appeared before the Board to request a <br />variance for a beauty shop in her home at 1582 Autumn Drive. <br /> <br /> Mr. & Mrs. Matthew Ouffy of 1554 Roseberry Court <br />appeared before the Beard with concerns about Ms. Domagalik's <br />operating hours, the number of cans in and out of the area <br />and if a sign would be put up at the residence for the shop. <br /> <br /> Attorney Cutters advised them that there would be <br />restrictions that Mrs. Domagalik would have to comply with <br />in order for the variance for the beauty shop. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Don Barry to grant the request for <br />the variance at 1382 Autumn Drive for the beauty shop with <br />the (8) eight mentioned restrictions. A second was made by <br />Alan Kramer. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />
