MINUTES <br /> <br />MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br />WEDNESDAY, MARCH 18, 1992 <br />MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for its regular <br />scheduled meeting on Wednesday, March 18, 1992 at 7:00 p.m. at the <br />Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Board members present were Charles McGuire, Alan Kramer, Vern <br />Kimmel, Steve Oschman and Donald Barry. Also present was the Board's <br />attorney, Timothy C. Currens. <br /> <br /> Board member Vern Kimmel made a correction in the February 19, <br />1992 minutes that the Board's attorney, Timothy C. Currens had not <br />attended this meeting. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Vern Kimmel to approve the February 19, 1992 <br />minutes as amended. A second was made by Donald Barry. <br />Motion passed 5 - 0. <br /> <br /> Attorney Ralph Foley came before the Mooresville Board of <br />Zoning Appeals representing Mary Susan Moore for a variance on tract <br />four (4) at 512 Bunker Hill Road. <br /> <br /> Mr. Foley explained that the depth on this tract was greater <br />than allowed by the Town's ordinance. <br /> <br /> The Board of Zoning Appeals members reviewed a copy of this <br />area that Mr. Foley had passed out to them. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Alan Kramer to accept the variance on the <br /> <br />ratio requirements. A second was made by Donald Barry. <br /> <br />Motion passed 5 - 0. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Mooresville <br /> <br /> <br />
