MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br />Wednesday, January 15, 1992 - 7:00 p.m. <br />Mooresville Town Hall <br /> <br /> The Board of Zoning Appeals met for its regular scheduled <br />meeting on Wednesday, January 15, 1992 at 7:00 p.m. at the Moores- <br />ville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Board members present were Alan Kramer, Vern Kimmel, Steve <br />0schman, Don Barry and Charles McGuire. Also present was the <br />Board's attorney, Timothy C. Currens. <br /> <br /> A motion was made by Vern Kimmel to nominate Charles McGuire <br /> <br />as the new Zoning Board of Appeals president. A second was made by <br />Don Barry. The motion passed 5 - 0. <br /> <br /> A motion was made by Charles McGuire to nominate Steve Oschman <br />as the Board's Vice President. A second was made by Vern Kimmel. <br />The motion passed 5 0. <br /> <br /> A motion was made by Alan Kramer to nominate Vern Kimmel as the <br />Board's Secretary. A second was made by Steve Oschman. The motion <br />passed 5 - 0. <br /> <br /> A motion was made by Vern Kimmel to approve the December 18, <br /> 1991 minutes. A second was made by Steve Oschman. Motion passed <br /> 5 - 0. <br /> <br /> A motion was made by Vern Kimmel to approve the Findings of Fact. <br /> A second was made by Alan Kramer. The motion passed 5 - 0. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board of <br /> Zoning Appeals a motion to adjourn was made by Steve Oschman. A <br /> second was made by Alan Kramer. The motion passed 5 0. <br /> <br /> <br />
