MINUTES OF THE MOORESVILLE <br /> BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met at its regularly <br />scheduled meeting November 20, 1991 at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br />Present were members Alan Kramer, Vern Kimmel, Donald Barry, and <br />Charles McGuire. The Board's Attorney Tim Currens was also <br />present. Minutes of the prior meeting were reviewed and changes <br />made. Upon a motion made by Don Barry and seconded by Charles <br />McGuire, they were approved. The Board then proceeded to a review <br />of the special exception findings of fact on the Ferguson B3 <br />zoning request. A motion was made by Don Barry to approve the <br />special exception findings; this was seconded by Charles McGuire <br />and passed by a vote of 4 in favor and 0 opposed. <br /> <br /> The Board then reviewed the special exception findings on <br />R.J. & Associates concerning the mobile home expansion at Ashbury <br />Park. Don Barry moved to approve the findings; this was seconded <br />by Charles McGuire and unanimously carried. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the <br />meeting was unanimously adjourned. <br /> <br /> Chairman <br /> <br />SeCretary <br /> <br /> <br />
