MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for its regular meeting on <br />March 20, 1991 at 7:00 P.M. at the Mooresville Town Hall. Present were Board <br />members Don Barry, Vern Kimmel, Alan Kramer, Steve Oschman and Charles McGuire. <br />Also present was the Board's attorney, Timothy C. Currens. <br /> <br /> A motion was made by Vern Kimmel to approve the minutes of the February 20, <br />1991 meeting. A second was made by Steve oschman. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Tim Currens advised the Board that Larry Goens' request for a variance <br />was being withdrawn rather than cause controversy among the other residents. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, a motion was made <br />by Don Barry to adjourn the meeting.
