BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br />MINUTES <br />WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 20, 2000 <br /> <br />The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met in regular session on Wednesday, December 20, <br />2000, at 7:00 P. M. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />Board members present were: President Alan Kramer, Secretary Jeff Justus, Donald Barry, and <br />Mike Young. One vacant seat on the board has not been filled as of yet. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Don Barry, second by Jeff Justus to approve minutes of the November 15, <br />2000 meeting. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> <br />There being no items on the agenda, a motion was made by JeffJustus, second by Mike Young <br />to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> <br />The next meeting of the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals will be Wednesday, January 17, <br />2001, at the Moomsville Town Hall. <br /> <br />President <br /> <br /> <br />
