MINUTES OF THE MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met at its regularly scheduled <br />meeting on Wednesday, the 19th day of November, 1986, at the Mooresville Town <br />Hall. Present were Board Members Steve Oschman, Tilford Bailey, Warren Franklin, <br />and Don Barry. The Board's Attorney, Timothy C. Currens, was also present. <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Steve Oschman who determined there <br />was a quorum present. The Board then proceeded to approve the minutes of the <br />prior meeting and the findings of fact. <br /> <br /> The Board being notified by the Attorney that the new notices were not <br />sent out by Raymond Reed for his special exception request tabled this until <br />the December meeting. The Board did take notice of the response from the <br />Mooresville Plan Commission signed by its President, Steve Edwards, where <br />the Plan Commission made a finding that the request to place a mobile home <br />on the property in question would not adversely affect the master land use plan. <br />This report was made a part of the records on the Reed file.
