MOORES¥5I_LE BOARD OF ZONING APPEAI_S <br />WEDNESDAY, APRIL 23~ 2000, 7:00 P. Ii. <br /> <br />The Mooresville Board of Z~ning Appeals met on Wednesday? April 19, 2000 <br />at 7:00 P. M. Board membet-s present were: Alan I<.ramet-, Jeff Jusxus, Mike Young._, and Don <br />Ban),. No menibers were absent. Town att_omey Tim Cun'ens was also present. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Don Bany, second by JeffJustus to approve the mitmtes of <br />The Mat-ch 23, 2000, meeting, Motion carried 4-0. <br /> <br />Lori Sudan catne belbre the board asking for a varieame to operate a Tainting Salon <br />m ho- hon~e at 12 Lan~bett Court Ms. Sudan stated that thcre would be low traffic and also <br />her drive was vet3, wide and wonld handle sevet-al cars. Ms. Sudan also said that the outstde of <br />her home wonld not change. A sigja was also discussed. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Dm Barry_' to approve the variance with the stipulation that her <br />si~ will not exceed five square feet and will not be lighted and no more than roar Tanning beds <br />Mofionby Don Bar~_ to approve the variance, second Mike Yomag. Motion carried 4-0 with none <br />opposed <br /> <br />RichardBeatmxan represented Wm. Mc Laughlin asking for a lot size variance in his Minor <br />Plat off St. Rd. t44. With no question fi'om the board, Mr. Dale Plfillips of 194g St Rd 144 <br />came forward to see the plans and just what was being asked for <br />Mike motioned to approve the lot size variance second, second by JeffJustus. Motion <br />carried 4-0 with none .opposed_ <br /> <br />Ross Holloway representing Mr. and l~s. Michael Hankins. The Henkins are asking for a <br />variance for 2 existing honms to be on lots less than one acre, in ab a~ienltural district The <br />Hat~kins live at 51g Keys road, cate of the homes faces Keys Road the other faces Bethel Church <br />Road <br /> <br />DonBatD~ motioned to gant the variance for the Hankins, second fi`om Jeff Justus the <br />motion canied 4-0 with none opposed. <br /> <br />With no lhrthet- business before the board and si~fing of the Findings of Fact lot' Variances <br />fi`om Developmental standards. Motion to ad?urn by Jeff Jinx'us and second by Don Batp? <br />Motion carried 4-0 <br /> <br />next re_gular scheduled meeting of the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals will <br /> <br /> <br />
