MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MINUTES <br /> WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 16, 1992 - 7:00 P.M. <br /> MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their <br />regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, December 16, 1992 at <br />7:00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Board members present were Charles McGuire, Vern Kimmel, <br />Alan Kramer and Don Barry. Also present was the Board's <br />attorney, Tim Currens. Beard member Steve Oschman was <br />absent. Board of Zoning Appeals member Alan Kramer removed <br />himself from the meeting for the reading of the minutes and <br />the discussion and vote on Mr. Davideon's request due to a <br />conflict of interest. Mr. Kramer returned as a voting member <br />after this actlon. <br /> <br /> Motion Was made by Don Barry <br />Board of Zoning Appeals minutes. <br />Kimmel. Motion passed 5 - O. <br /> <br />to approve the November <br />A second was made by Vern <br /> <br /> Mr. Alan Kramer, Surveyor, came before the Mooresville <br />Board of Zoning Appeals representing Mr. Michael Davidson <br />with a request for a variance for width to depth ratio on lot <br />~2 at 801E. County Line Road. <br /> <br /> Mr. Kramer passed out the plans for the Board members <br />review. <br /> <br /> The Board reviewed and discussed Mr. Davidson's request <br />and then went over the check list for variances to see that <br />Mr. Davidson's request met approval. <br /> <br /> Motion to grant the variance subject to plat approval <br />the Plan Commission on lot ~2 was made by Don Barry. A <br />second was made by Vern Kimmel. Motion passed ~ - O. <br /> <br />at <br /> <br /> Mr. Dave Lambert came before the Mooresville Board of <br />Zoning Appeals to represent Mr. Eugene Perry with a request <br />for a variance on width to depth ratio and to reduce set back <br />distance from 40' to 25' for lots on Carter Street. <br /> <br /> The Board reviewed and discussed the above <br />went over the check list for variances to see if <br />met specifications for approval. <br /> <br />request and <br />the request <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Alan Kramer to grant the request for <br />the variance for width to depth ratio and the variance to <br /> <br /> <br />
