�- <br /> AFFIDAVIT <br /> Comes now Sandra Perry, being duly sworn upon oath, alleges and states the following: <br /> l. She is the elected Clcrk/Treasurer for the Civil Town of Mooresville. <br /> 2. That a Petition for Tax Abatement has been filed on certain real property which <br /> Sandra Perry has an ownership in indirecdy through her husband, Jack L. Perry, one of the <br /> owners of the real property commonly known as Southbridge Crossing and was the subject <br /> matter of Resolution 10, 1997, a Preliminary Resolution for designation of Economic <br /> Revitalization Area regarding application of Kenneth L. Fisher, Fred L. Fisher, Jack L. Perry <br /> and Mooresviile Ace Hardware, Inc. with final action being made on the Petition for Tax <br /> Abatement at a public hearing held December 16, 1997. <br /> 3. The benefit indirectly goes to Sandra Perry through her husband Jack L.
