<br />r \\:/ <br /> <br />9504481 <br /> <br />!B@(Q)!kJ2.lPage 471 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE / 1995 <br /> <br /> <br />A SPECIAL ORDINANCE ANNEXING CONTIGUOUS TERRITORY <br /> <br /> <br />TO THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE CIVIL TOWN OF <br /> <br /> <br />MOORESVILLE, Morgan County, Indiana, that: <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the boundary of the civil Town of Mooresville, <br /> <br /> <br />Indiana, is adjacent to the real estate described herein in the <br /> <br /> <br />attached Exhibit "A" and that this real property meets the <br /> <br /> <br />necessary aggregate external boundaries that coincide with the <br /> <br /> <br />boundaries with the civil Town of Mooresville to be annexed; <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town of Mooresville has passed a Resolution <br /> <br /> <br />approving a fiscal plan establishing a policy for providing <br /> <br /> <br />services to the annexed areas; <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the owner of the real property being annexed has <br /> <br /> <br />requested this annexation by the Town Council. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br /> <br />CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA; <br /> <br /> <br />section I. That the following described real property be, and <br /> <br /> <br />the same is, hereby annexed to and declared a part of the civil <br /> <br /> <br />Town of Mooresville, Indiana, to-wit: See attached Legal <br /> <br /> <br />Description <br /> <br /> <br />section II. Be it further ordained that the boundaries of the <br /> <br /> <br />civil Town of Mooresville shall be and the same are hereby declared <br /> <br /> <br />to be extended so as to include all of the real estate described in <br /> <br /> <br />the attached Exhibit "A", the same to become a part of the civil <br /> <br /> <br />Town of Mooresville, Indiana. <br />
