R. 1449 <br /> <br />(House Bill) and S. 638 (Senate Bill) will promote healthy <br /> <br />and efficient railroad service to this jurisdiction in <br /> <br />particular and to all the, Midwestern United States In general; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT (Name of city/ <br /> <br />county) hereby endorses and supports the passage of H.
