L__ 1979 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A YIELD INTERSECTION WHEREIN TRAFFIC TURNING NORTH FROM OLD STATE ROAD 67 INTO OR UPON INDIANAPOLIS ROAD SHALL YIELD IN OBEDIENCE TO SIGN AS SHALL THERE BE ERECTED BEFORE ENTERING INTO SUCH INTERSECTION -----_._._._--_._---~-- ~.__.._-- -_.__..~-._.._-~._~----.--~~-_._----_.- BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, that: By the powers vested in said Board of Trustees, of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, by the acts of the State of Tndjana (Acts 1939, Ch. 48, Sectjon 104, P. 289, and as amended) it js hereby ORDERED and ORDAINED that whereas jt is necessary to control ~e flow of traffic jn the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, that an ordinance be adopted establishing a yield inter- section at the jntersection of Old State Road #67 wherein traffjc turns north into Indianapolis Road. It is hereby ORDERED and ORDAINED that an ordinance be adopted establishing the afore- at said intersection a yield intersection and to provide for the erection of a ('yield" sign pursuant to statute at aforesaid intcr- section for the control of traffic entering said intersection and to provide Indianapolis Road at said intersection as a through street. SECTION I: It is hereby ORDERED and ORDAINED that at the intersection wherein traffic turns north from Old State Road #67 into or upon Indianapolis Road in the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, be, and it is hereby established as a yield intersection. It is further ORDERED and ORDAINED that the driver of a motor vehicle entering into Indianapolis Road from Old State Road #67 shall yield in obedience to the sign therein erected to all vehicular traffic traveling north on Indianapolis Road before entering Indianapolis
