Ä.IJ -19$9, <br />AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN CONTIGUOUS <br />TERRITORY TO THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br /> <br />,.:: <br />}: <br /> <br />~;- <br />-. <br /> <br />-....J <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the territory hereinafter described is contiguous <br />.' <br />to the Town of Mooresvllle, but presently lies outside of said <br />¥þwn in Brown Township, Morgan County, Indiana; and <br />WHEREAS, it is to the best interest ot' the Town and of the <br />territory hereinafter described, that the same be annexed, that <br /> <br />!, <br /> <br />t <br />f" <br /> <br />said area is urban in character and is an economic and social <br /> <br />,< <br /> <br />~- <br />~ . <br />, <br />! <br />; <br />! <br /> <br />part of the Town of Mooresville, that the Town of Mooresville <br /> <br /> <br />is financially able to provide municipal services to the annexed <br /> <br /> <br />area within the reasonably near future, that the area herein- <br /> <br /> <br />after described is needed for the development of the Town of <br /> <br /> <br />Mooresvllle in the reasonably near future, and that the terri- <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />. <br />tory hereinafter described is contiguous to the Town of Moores- <br /> <br /> <br />ville and the lines of annexation are so drawn as to form a <br /> <br />compact area abutting said Town; now, therefore, <br /> <br />ti- <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of <br /> <br />Mooresvllle, Morgan County, Indiana, that: <br />SectIon 1: <br />Lots Numbered three, four, five, six and seven <br />in Gregory's Subdivision, an~dition to the Town of <br />Mooresville, Indiana, as per plat thereof recorded in <br />Deed Record 128, page 232, Recorder's Office of <br />Morgan County. all in Morgan Count,., Indiana <br /> <br />is hereby annexed to, and made a part of, the Town of Mooresville, <br /> <br />Morgan County, 1nd iana . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />ï <br /> <br />Section 2.
