ORDINANCE 1, 2001 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONIN~ REAL PROPERTY WITHIN <br />THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a hearing was held before the Mooresville Plan <br />Commission with proper notice given as required by the Town of <br />Mooresville Zoning Ordinance upon the Application of D & R <br />Properties on the real property described as Lot #4 in Reagan <br />Addition, an addition to the Town of Mooresville. as per Plat <br />thereof recorded in Deed Record 73, Page 572 and amended in Deed <br />Record 87, Page 394 in the Office of the Recorder of Morgan County, <br />Indiana requesting a rezoning from R-1 Residential to R-2 <br />Residential; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission recommended approved <br /> of this rezoning to the Mooresville Town Council rezoning; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council having reviewed the <br />Application and recommendation of the Mooresville Plan Commission <br />now finds that the rezoning Application should be approved; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the zoning classification <br />of R-2 Residential shall hereinafter apply to the real property <br />described herein. <br /> <br />This Ordinance is approved this 16th day of January, 2001. <br /> <br />MOORESVILLE TOWN COUNCIL <br /> <br />John <br /> <br />Tob~ <br /> <br /> <br />
