BOARD OF ZONING APPEAI~ <br /> February. 16, 2000 <br /> <br />The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their regular meeting on the third Wednesday <br />of the month at seven. <br /> <br />Board members present were Alan Kr~uner, Don Barry and Jeff Justice. Mike Young was <br />absent. Town altorney Tim Cmrens was also present. <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Alan Kramer. Chairman Kramer asked for <br />a motion on the mim~tes of the $~m~3~19, 2000 meeting, a motion was made by Don <br />Barry to approve the J~m~ary mimstes as vvTiR~li the motion was seconded by Jeff <br />Justice. Motion caried 3-0 with none opposed. <br /> <br />Michael and Wilma Wilson came before the Board asking for a Set Back variance at 1007 <br />5ugarbenT Court. The set back would by 36 feet instead of 40 feet Wilma Wilson spoke to the <br />Board explaining the reason the variance is needed. With no questions from the Board or the <br />Floor, the Findings of Fact from Development Standards were read. A motion to grant the variance <br />was made by Don BanT and seconded by Jeff lust. ice, the motion canied a 3-0 with none <br />opposed. <br /> <br />Alter the si~ing of the Findings of Fact a motion to adjourn by Don Barry seconded by <br />SeffSustice motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />The next meeting will be held March 13, 2000. <br /> <br /> <br />
