MINUTES FOR THE MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met in a specially <br /> <br />called session on Wednesday the 22nd day of April, 1981 at 7:00 <br />o'clock P.M. at the Mooresville Town Hall. The following Board <br />Members were present: Paul Walters, Warren Franklin, Wendell Thaler, <br />Steve Oschman, Ray House, and Nan Kollmeyer. The Board's attorney, <br />Tim Currens, was also present. <br /> <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Paul Walters and <br />minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. The Board <br />proceeded to the first order of business, a petition for a variance <br />filed by Donald E. and Audrey J. Martin who reside at 141 East South <br />Street, Mooresville, Indiana. The Board found that all due notices <br />were properly sent and proceeded to a hearing on the same. Mr. Martin <br />explained that he was the owner of a body shop in Mooresville, Indiana <br />and sought a variance on this property for the use as an automobile <br />repair and truck repair and body shop. Mr. Martin explained that he <br />intended to make several improvements on the building and explained <br />about the building and existing properties. There were no remonstrators <br />present. The Board questioned Mr. Martin about specific uses of the <br />property and after a discussion a motion was made by Board Member <br />Wendell Thaler that the Board make the following findings, and grant <br />the variance as requested: <br /> <br /> A. FINDINGS: <br /> 1. That there are exceptional and extraordinary <br /> circumstances or conditions applicable to the <br /> property of the petitioners and to the intended <br /> <br /> <br />
