H <br /> MOORESVILLE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br /> MINUTES <br /> MONDAY, JULY 15, 2013 6:00 P. M. <br /> Commission members present were: Harold Gutzwiller, Don <br /> Stultz, George Watkins, and Tim Corman. Attorney Tim Currens <br /> was present. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Watkins with a second by <br /> Commissioner Stultz to approve the minutes of May 20, 2013. <br /> Motion carried 4-0. <br /> Gateway contract: The agreement was reviewed by Commissioner <br /> Watkins, Chairman Gutzwiller and Attorney Tim Currens. Carl <br /> from Rundell was present to answer questions. A motion was <br /> made by Commissioner Watkins with a second by Commissioner <br /> Stoltz to approve the agreement. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Watkins with a second by <br /> Commissioner Corman to appoint Chairman Gutzwiller as <br /> signatory for the agreement. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> The Redevelopment Commission is currently working without <br /> staff. Carl at Rundell will e-mail Chairman Gutzwiller directly. <br /> Chairman Gutzwiller had a couple of other items to be discussed: <br /> 1. a new report from the Redevelopment Commission is now <br /> due to the Town Council by August 1, 2013 and then <br /> submitted to Gateway by October 1, 2013. This was <br /> effective July 1, 2013 with House enrolled act #1116. The <br /> Clerk-Treasurer will get the report ready and submit to Town <br /> Council.
