MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met at a called
meeting on Tuesday, September 25, 1979, at 7:30 p.m.

The following Board Members were present:

Mr. Paul Walters
Mrs. Nan Kollmeyer
Mr. Steve Edwards

Mr. David E. Lawson, the Board's attorney was also present.

Mr. Paul Walters called the meeting to order. The minutes
of the prior meeting were read and approved.

Mr. Walters advised the Board that the meeting was called
to act upon two petitions, being Zoning Appeals Docket #6 and #7,
1979.

The Board found that the petitions were procedurally in
order to be heard, all notices having been sent to adjoining
landowners, and the proof of public notice also having been given.

The petitioners in both Docket #6 and #7 were represented
by their counsel, Mr. John E. Mills of Mooresville, Indiana.

There were no interested persons appearing or speaking
in favor of or against the petitions.

The Board proceeded to hear evidence on Petition #6, 1979
filed by Wade-Duvall Associates, Inc. Mr. Bill Duvall, Vice-Presi-
dent of the corporation, appeared with his counsel. Mr. Mills
introduced sketches of the improvements on the real estate, as
they now exist, and a second sketch as to the improvements which
were to be made to incorporate a double into the existing struc-
ture.

Evidence presented by the petitioner indicated the home
was located in the near downtown area, where there was mixture of
single-family, multi-family and business buildings.

In the event the Board granted the variance, Mr. Mills
indicated that substantial improvements were to be done to the
home by his clients.
