DonaldBarry and JeffJustus. Mike Young <br />was absent. TimCurrens,Town attomeywas also present. <br /> <br />The meetingwas calledto order by ChairmanAlan Kramer. Mr. Kramer asked for a motionon the <br />minuteson the Julyl9, 2000 meetingDonaldBan'y motionto accept the minutesas written,the <br />second <br />came fromJeffJustus. The motioncamed3-0 withnone opposed. <br /> <br />JeffBanningfor BanningEngineerin~98 TownRoad, Plainfielgame before the board askingfor a <br />signvariance. The sign willbe for the VillagePanty and Walgreensthat willbe buittin the <br />Fields Crossing ShoppingCenter, lots 1 and 2. The firstvariancewas a highthof40 feetinsteadofthe <br />35 feetdedicatedintheordnance. Thesecondvariancewas locationof 10 feetinsteadofthe60 feetin <br />the ordinanceand the thirdwas 200 square feet insteadofthe 250 square feet inthe ordinance.
