MINUTES OF THE MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> <br /> February 13, 1974 <br /> <br /> The Hooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met at a called <br />meeting on Wednesday, February 13, 1974 at 7:30 P.M. The <br />following Board members were present: Mr. Bill Roberson, Mr. <br />Beasley and Mr. Paul Walters. <br /> <br />Jim <br /> <br /> The purpose of the meetins was to hear the petition of Charles <br />and Billie Howell which case was docketed as number 1, 1974. <br /> <br /> The attorney for the Board, Mr. Melvin R. Lind, indicated that <br />the petition and accompanying papers consisting of publication and <br />notice to adjoining land owners with certified return receipts was <br />in order. <br /> <br /> The petitioners were represented by Attorney Steve Harris of <br />Mooresville, Indiana. Evidence was presented by petitioners. <br /> <br /> No remonstrators appaared appeared in opposition to the <br />petition. <br /> <br /> The real estate subject to the petition, the same being 55 feet <br />of even width off the entire East side of Lot i2 in Block #35 in <br />Samuel Moore's Third Addition to the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, <br />commonly known as 45 East High Street, Mooresville. <br /> <br /> The Board having heard the evidence, a motion was duly made <br />by Mr. Jim Beasley and seconded by Mr. Paul Walters to approve the <br />requested variance for an antique shop subject to the condition <br />that they provide at least two off-street parking places and that <br />no antiques be displayed or stored outside and that said variance <br />run exclusively to the petitioners. The motion as made and seconded <br />was unanimously approved. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, on <br />motion duly made by Mr. Jim Beasley and seconded by Mr. Paul Walters <br />the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br /> Acting President, Board of Zoning <br /> Appeals <br /> <br /> <br />
