Tim <br />Currens, Townattomeywas also present. <br /> <br />The meetingwas calledto order by AlanKramer at seven:p.m. Chairmamsked for a motionon the <br />minutesfi'omthe September20, 2000 DonaldBarry motionedto approve the minuteswiththe date <br />correction. JeffJusms motioncarried4- 0 withnoneopposed. <br /> <br />AlanKramer excusedhimselfromthe Board to represemGlenand Mary Neal of 372 Landersdale <br />Road for a variancetabled fromthe Septembermeeting.Tbe variancewas lot size widthto depth and <br />frontageon lot 2. Mr. Kramer explainedthe reasons for the driveway to be on the west side <br />of lot2. He explainedthat and easementwouldbe too confusingtnd a driveway on the east side <br />wouldleadto a congestionproblem. Mr. Barry asked for questionsfromthe floorand fromtbe board, <br />withno questionsfromeitherbe read the read fromthe Developmental~tandards by Don <br />Barry. A motiomo approve the varianceswiththe stipulatiorthat lot 2 wouldbe hooked onto the <br />sewer linerunningdongLandersdaleRoad, by Mike Youngand seconded by JeffJustus,tbe motion <br />camed 3 - 0 withnone opposed. <br /> <br />The next itemon the agenda was Mike and Kasey Vileaskingfor a varianceto builda garage only <br />three feet fromtbeirproperty line,the nonnaldistanceis at least 10 feet. Mr. Vilesexplained <br />that they wouldbe able to mowbetweenthe fenceand the garage. Withno questionsfromthe flooror <br />the board, the developmenlstandards were read. Mr. Kramer asked for a motionon the variance,Don <br />Bar~y motionedto approve the variancewiththe second beingmade by JeffJustus, <br />the motioncamed4- 0 withnone opposed. <br /> <br />Afterthe signing>falldocumemsand withno other businessbefore the board a motiomo adjoumwas <br />made by Don Barry, seconded by JeffJustus,motioncamed4-0 withnone opposed. <br /> <br />The next meetingwillbe November 15,2000. <br /> <br />Chairman: Secretary: <br /> <br /> <br />
