REZONING ORDINANCE �2018 <br />FEB 0 0 2010 <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING LAND WITHIN THE <br />TOWN OF MOORESVILLE UPON THE APPLICATION OF <br />MOORESVILLE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held on 8" day of February, 2019 by the Mooresville <br />Plan Commission upon the application of Mooresville Redevelopment Commission requesting a <br />rezoning of the real property located along State Road 67, adjoining Merriman Road and N. <br />Bethel Road, Parcel Number 55-05-13-100-002.000-004, Mooresville, Indiana, more particularly <br />described in the attached Exhibit "A" from the classification of AG (Agricultural) to I2 (Medium <br />Density Industrial) Classification; and <br />WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Town of Mooresville recommended that the <br />rezoning request be granted and that the property described in the attached Exhibit "A" be <br />reclassified as a I2 Medium Density Industrial Classification and that the Mooresville Zoning <br />Ordinance and Zoning Maps be modified to reflect this change. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the zoning classification of I2 Medium <br />Density Industrial shall hereafter apply to the real property described in the attached Exhibit "A" <br />and that the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Mooresville and the Zoning Maps shall be <br />amended to reflect said Zoning Ordinance change. <br />APPROVED this 28`h day of February, 2019 <br />MOORESVILLE TOWN COUNCIL <br />Tom Warthen 7 <br />Dai ogers <br />
