Minutes: Mooresville Plan Commission — November 12, 2020 <br />Attendance <br />Members: Mike Young, Kimberly Schofield, Perry King, Robert Alumbaugh, Jeff Dieterlen, <br />Mark Taylor <br />Legal Counsel: Beth Copeland <br />1. Call to Order <br />Mr. Young called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. <br />2. Approval of Previous Minutes <br />Mr. Young noted that the October 8 meeting was a long, complex meeting and the draft <br />meeting minutes had several pending changes and corrections so these would be <br />presented at the December 10 meeting. <br />3. Primary Plat @ Deere Park Dr <br />Mr. Andy Wert from Church, Church, Hittle and Antrim presented the Deere Park <br />Subdivision Secondary Plat for approval. There were no questions from the Commission <br />or public. Mr. King made motion to approve the secondary plat as presented, Mr. <br />Alumbaugh seconded, and the motion was approved unanimously. <br />4. Primary Plat @ E North County Line <br />Mr. John Larrison from Holloway Engineering and Surveying presented the Allison <br />Second Minor Plat — Fourth Replat for approval. He explained that this combined Lot 1B <br />and Lot 3 into Lot 1B -Revised to allow for additional buildings on the revised lot. Mr. <br />Dieterlen asked if Lot 3 was added in its entirety and Mr, Larrison affirmed that this was <br />the case. Mr. Taylor made a motion to approve the fourth replat as presented, Ms. <br />Schofield seconded, and the motion was approved unanimously. <br />5. Permits and Inspections <br />Mr. Tim Bennett reported that there were 25 permits issued and 91 inspections since <br />the October 8 meeting. <br />6. Other Business <br />There was no Old Business. Under New Business, Mr. Young reminded the members <br />that UDO update recommendations were requested and asked for any specific items to <br />address. Discussion regarding additions, corrections and changes to the UDO resulted in <br />a draft list of items to address. He drafted the list and asked members to continue to <br />provide him any additional items that could be considered for review. He will work with <br />the Town about contacting Ms. Debbie Luzier, the UDO consultant, regarding addressing <br />these changes for 2021. <br />With no other business, Mr. King made a motion to adjourn, Ms. Schofield se ),p4edlthe <br />motion and it was approved unanimously. <br />Revised: 11/13/2020 Page 1 of 1 <br />
