ORDINANCE N0. J - ';I 0'I Q AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONE MAPS OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA WHEREAS, Holloway Engineering, on behalf of Richard T. Allison, filed an application with the Town of Mooresville Advisory Plan Commission ("Plan Commission") and requested a zone map change; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission held a public hearing on June 11, 2020, on the proposed zone maps change pursuant to Indiana Code § 36-7-4-605; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has certified its findings and made a favorable recommendation for a change in said zone maps to the Council for the Town of Mooresville; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL FOR THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA THAT THE ZONE MAPS ORDINANCES OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA ARE HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: Section 1 The land described in Exhibit A attached hereto, namely N. Ferguson Road, Camby, IN 46113-8481 (Parcel #55-02-29-100-003.000-004), being Lot 1 in Allison First Minor Plat & Allison Second Minor Plat (hereafter the "Property"), shall be rezoned from AG (Agricultural) to I -I (Industrial) as that zoning classification is defined in the Mooresville Zoning Ordinance, and shall be subject to all the conditions and requirements applicable to the I-1 zone. Exhibit A hereto is hereby incorporated into this Ordinance by reference. Section 2 The Council for the Town of Mooresville hereby adopts the zone maps change as certified by the Town of Mooresville Advisory Plan Commission. Section 3 The rezone contemplated by this Ordinance becomes effective the publication of this Ordinance pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-3-1.
