Am <br />February 5; 2019 <br />The Mooresville Town Council met in executive session on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at 5:30 P. M at the <br />Mooresville Town Government Center. <br />Council members present: Tom Warthen, David Rogers, Mark Mathis, Jessica Hester, and Dustin <br />Stanley. Other participants: Attorney Mel Daniel, David Moore, Julie Soplanda, and Sandra Perry. <br />Purpose: 5-14-1.5-6.1 (2) (B) for discussion of strategy with respect to initiation of litigation or litigation <br />that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing. <br />5-141.5-6.1 (5) (E).
