Mooresville BZA Minutes 11/10/21 <br />Members present: David Saddler, Jennifer Meador, Mike Young, Neal Allman, <br />and attorney Ashley Ulbricht. Charles McGuire was absent. <br />Mike Young called the meeting to order and requested a motion on the minutes: <br />Neal Allman motioned to approve minutes as presented, David Saddler seconded <br />the motion; minutes accepted by 4-0 vote. <br />TWG Development LLC presented a variance request for S Indiana St. The request <br />is to allow a 180 until (3000 sq ft) apartment complex to be constructed in a <br />location previously approved to allow 172 units (2800 sq ft). Topics of discussion <br />include, but not limited to: parking, subsidized unit, traffic, clubhouse, pool and <br />fitness center. Aftet public comments are heard TWG requests a motion on the <br />variance. Mike Young expresses the need for TWG to return when concerns are <br />addressed. David Saddler made a motion to continue, Jennifer Meador seconded <br />the motion: motion to continue passes 3-1, Neal Allman voted otherwise. <br />Andrew and Jennifer Combs are requesting a 40ft set back variance to allow the <br />placement of a double wide mobile home at 8579 N. Country Club Rd. After the <br />opportunity for members and audience to express concerns or ask questions Mike <br />Young called for a motion: Neal Allman made amotion to allow the 40ft set back <br />variance, David Saddler seconded and the motion passed 4-0. <br />When no new business was brought before the Board Mike Young accepted a <br />motion to adjourn, motion was accepted and passed unanimously. <br />Secretary <br />
